Happy Halloween!

We've had a fun morning thus far. We started out with some orange blueberry waffles topped off with peaches. Since it was raining and windy, we didn't go on our morning walk. Instead, we carved our pumpkin. Eli was intrigued by the process. It was peppered with comments like
"Great job Mommy!"
"Oh, Mommy! Messy pumpkin!"
"You be careful Mommy! That's sharp!"

I put the costumes on the boys. Eli LOVES his costume! It is a Lightening McQueen NASCAR driver outfit. We toasted our pumpkin seeds and did a little craft with beans and glue - you remember doing that, right? Eli really enjoyed that one.

Well, Eli has woken up after a short 35 minute nap (I am in trouble!) and Xander just spilled a box of cereal all over the living room floor and is eating the box (about 4 feet away from where I laid him - I guess he doesn't stay where I leave him anymore).
