So this has been quite a month for little Xander! He cut his first two teeth, he said his first word - mama - (unlike Eli whose first word was Daddy - I was a bit hurt), he started crawling, and as the natural progression goes two days shy of his 9 month birthday - HE TOOK HIS FIRST THREE STEPS tonight!!!!
I must confess I shed a proud mommy tear or two. How exciting!

That is so exciting! Mya took her first steps at 8 1/2 months and was a pro by 9 months. Looks like Xander will be too! Way to go Bud!! I guess he wants to be like his big brother!

Wow.. He's walking early.. now you really have double trouble on your hands. :) j/k. How fun. It's still amazes me how much babies learn to do in that first year. In 9 months to go from weak, completely dependent, to sitting, crawling, walking, eating, talking.. it's amazing.
