Yeah, so Eli decided to take a nap in the buff again yesterday. Unfortunately for me, it was not just #1 that occurred - we had #2 to contend with. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for our carpet cleaner!!!!
New preventative measures we will be taking: duct tape the diaper on at naptime and at bedtime. Extreme? Cruel? Inhumane? Perhaps all of those, but I really don't want to have another incident like that again anytime soon. Bonus - Eli thinks its cool.

I have convinced Eli that there are a couple other good movies other than Cars. He now really likes "Shovel and the Tractory" (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory).
Xander is getting much better at walking and is getting more brave. He is so sweet and snuggly! I can't believe he is almost 1 year old! We are working on teaching them both to read and do math. They enjoy this very much. It is amazing to see their little brains processing this information.

That's really funny about the duct tape. With Ky, he's been potty trained for awhile and #2's are harder for boys.. and well we haven't had an accident in 3 weeks or so but today I was in the shower and he didn't quite make it to the bathroom. We had a big mess on the floors. Luckily it was on a wood floor..easy clean up but.. I agree those are no fun.
